Terms of Service — BLACKSKY™

By using the BLACKSKY™ platform (the "Service"), you agree to the following Terms of Service ("Terms"). The Service is developed and operated by Aidome (the "Company") and is intended to provide real-time threat-intelligence capabilities for AI-related cyber threat events, assisting CISOs and security management in the enterprise. Please read these Terms carefully before proceeding.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the BLACKSKY™ platform (the "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms constitute the binding agreement between you ("User") and Aidome ("Company") governing all use of the Service.
2. Service Description
BLACKSKY™ is an operational threat-intelligence platform that provides monitoring, display, and real-time capabilities for AI-related cyber threat events. The Service enables authorized organizations to view threat intelligence, analyze incidents, and generate strategic reports — assisting Chief Information Security Officers (CISOs) and security management in making informed security decisions. The Service is developed and operated by Aidome and constitutes a component of the Aidome Enterprise AI Control Plane.
3. Data Privacy & Protection
The Service does not collect, store, or process personal or private user data. Information provided during registration (full name, email, company name) is collected solely for access provisioning, identity verification, and operational communications. The Company does not sell, rent, or share User data with any third party. The threat intelligence data displayed within the Service is sourced exclusively from publicly available feeds (CISA KEV, NVD/CVE, MITRE ATLAS, OWASP LLM). Users retain all rights to their registration information and may request deletion at any time by contacting the Company.
4. Intended Use
The Service is provided for research, data display, and real-time monitoring of AI-related cyber threat events. Its intended purpose is to assist CISOs and security management in threat monitoring, risk assessment, and proactive mitigation of active AI threats. The Service is provided on an "AS-IS" basis for research and informational purposes only. The Company does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the intelligence data is complete, accurate, or timely. Users may not use the Service for any unlawful activity or in any manner that violates applicable law.
5. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The threat intelligence data and all analytics provided through the Service are delivered "AS-IS" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The Company disclaims all warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of the intelligence data. Under no circumstances shall the Company be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or reliance on, the Service or its content. Users are responsible for independently validating all intelligence before taking any operational or security action.
6. Ownership, License & Restrictions
The Service, including all intellectual property, source code, visualizations, and intelligence content, is owned exclusively by Aidome. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for its stated intended purpose. Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the Service without prior written authorization from the Company. Unauthorized access is prohibited and monitored.
